    Smile Pinnacle laser engraver opinions

I currently out source about 8.5-9K a week on laser engraving my parts, but would like to bring it in house.
One of the sponsors on this forum sells the Pinnacle series that look somewhat decent. Any opinions or comments will help.

Also, if anyone is doing production laser engraving work and have good experience with a proven solid and robust machine, your reccomendations will be really appreciated.

I can spend up to 35K but would prefer to keep it under 20K before freight and taxes.

    Laser Engraving

    Hello,

I have a Pinnacle laser engraver I use for production, and would recommend it. Mine is only a 25 watt but does the job of producing plastic control panels, and signs very well, and at a decent rate. A higher wattage one would of been better, (cannot cut metals) but this one has pass thru doors for long items. This machine is now 4 years old and I have had no trouble with it at all. It is affordable, I paid 10k for just the tool, but it is now around 15-19K new depending on what comes with it. I would be interested in doing some of your work for you and could save you money Im sure. My company name is Sign Tech Plus. I am doing about 3k a week not all the time, but does work for production. I also liked the Epilog laser 50 and 100 watt, they have good customer support. my e-mail is charliesimpson75094@gmail.com

    Chuck, the sign guy

    Hi, hispeedmike
I am selling GCC (Pinnacle in USA) since 1997 and can say only good words. I think in USA you can fit Spirit GE 30 Wt in your budget which will be OK for engraving. Mercury (or M-series) is slightly too slow for engraving. So you will not be dissapointed.
