Help! - Redsail R3040A Communication Cable

Hello!
I have lost my communication cable of my redsail laser engraver r3040a.

I have tried with a RS-232 standard cable but doesn't work. Also tried with a crossover RS-232.

So, i can use my machine

Someone who have this machine could help me tell me the pinout of this cable ?

I have been sending emails to Redsail but i got not responses.

have buied 3 rs232 cables from media markt and they all work.
maybe you have another problem.
