Easycut DSP4.0 Software

First of all I am new to the forum, and I would like to say hello to all and I have found the postings interesting reading.
I have recently purchased an IE500. It arrived in good condition and works perfectly as so far as I have used it.
The Easycut software is confusing and less than user friendly. I live in Kelowna BC Canada, and if there is someone within a reasonable range and proficient with this setup, I am willing to pay for a day of training.

Sorry I have easycut 2.0 I donno if they are simmilar or not.

I could forward a copy to compare, but I don't think it will work without the correct dog (dongle).
What do you think?

I do now know if it will work or not. I bought the rs3040a from Redsail. The Ie500 is from inkexpress isnt it? There are several people here on the zone that have bought from inkexpress maby they can help.

I have DSP5.0, but, I did not know whether suits your machine.
