    Unhappy Counter doesn't stop.

    Hello
Delighted to be here in this forum that I visit regularly.
With my sincere thanks in advance, I'd like to help me solve my problem.
The counter of my chinese laser (XYZ-TECH J6090 100 W, MPC6515, Control Panel PAD03, 4.0.0.1 HW, FW 4.1.2.3, 4.1.2.2 DLL) does not stop after the end of a job and continues counting until I turn off the machine. Meanwhile, to run the next job requires that I press PAUSE and STOP.
I tried to update the HW and FW dozens of times but I can not.
I reinstalled LaserCt 5.3 and applied the configuration several times but this does not fix the problem.
A report that the beep works because I hear from other operations.
    What should I do?

    Best Regards

    Hi there
first you should allways delete the old files on the MPC and ones in a while format the MPC.
befor you send a new file press the reset botton let the reset run throug.
the probleme is with the memory what is actually on the border size for the processor the manufacturer of the processor recommend big size memory but the chinese cut corner and use the smalest what somehow works.
    greetings

    hi
sorry I am not familiar with your machine but usually you have on the PAD a reset botton if you send a picture this would clear up something.
    greetings

    I have both PAD03 and PAD06.
None of them has any RESET BUTTON.
MPC6515 and MPC6535 systems DO NOT HAVE ANY RESET BUTTONS.

sory like I said I dont know your machione and can not find specs for it.
I am using a re-branded MPC 6535 and have a reset botton right next to the display maybe in your machine they using the stop botton as this then thats probably the reason that the counter still runs because the machine assumes that its still working on the same I got this if I run one item multiple times then the counter also counts further.

    My God!!!
You just think about switching machine off/on !!! :-)
This is not a solution at all.
MPCs keep all setting and files in memory.
Switching off/on do not solve such problems.
I though you may know any "secret button" resetting MPC to factory settings :-(
    But you don`t.

    He hey my friend
I try to help you out but if you think that somebody will help you if you go so agressiv then dont expect this.
like I said without picture of your machine and what is on nobody can realy give advice because it looks like you have the worth machine with lots of short cuts.
I have revised and rebuild quite a few machines with all kinds of controller and I know from them what normaly happen.
according to the manufacutrer manual you need to press the stop botton befor you load a new file then the counter will also stop.
you can delete all files on the MPCs with the menue function.
    greetings
    walt
