Hi All....newbie here.

I have the 40Watt Hobby Laser from Full Spectrum. I am using the Retina Engraving software 4.17 Beta. It works great for vector work. I am creating in CorelDraw 5.

My problem is when I do images 250dpi Bitmap Photos I just don,t get the quality. I am sure I am just not doing something right. Can anyone walk me through the steps to make a decent looking photo image. Most of the time it turns out to black.
