MPC6515 not working

problem with my mpc6515 it has lights flashing on it but wont intalize properly it was working fine day before i moved it across my shed and them it stoped working. 2 lights on the front board flashing the one on the left flashing on and off slower than the one on the right and on the main board the top led is flashing on and off about every second please help it is driving me nuts

does the MPC6515 casuse LED not light? If then, you can check the black wire between MPC6515 and LED.
