K40 Problem. Error: OUTPUTING... Hi to all. Im yousing cheap chinise laser. It have been working good until now. The problem is : When I try to output some item from moshisoft, I get an Error That says Outputing. And the second think is that when I'm moving the item on outputing page, the laser dont move in laser mashine, its like stucked. Cant work with it get error outpuring.
Tryed on diferent computer, the problem is the same. Tryed reinstal moshisoft and the laser's drivers. The same think.
Maybe someone haved this problem and please could help for me ? I dont know what to do.
Is there any option to reset the laser's boards information or somethink ?

Did you uninstall Moshi and then manually delete it's install directory before re-installing? If not I would try that. The uninstall leaves some config files around which may have been corrupted.
I could regularly repeat steps which caused Moshi to corrupt itself and prevent job output until I did those steps.
Big thanks for replaying, but I have tryed it. I have even tryed install moshisoft on diferent laptop, but the problem is the same. I dont know what to do.
What operating system are you using? I could never get it to work under windows 7. I had to revert to Windows XP for it to work, even using the latest version which was supposed to work under Windows 7.
worked on win 7 and on win XP. Now tryed bought cersions. The same think :/
Ok... there ended my suggestions (and consequently why I replaced the moshi controller with something else).
is there maybe some option how I can reset the laser machine ? is there any RESET button or maybe I can somehow reset in diferent way ?

did you try another USB cable?
the moshi software is something else thats why most guys replace them.
after un-install with the moshisoft software "uninstall" you have to go manually in the system programm and delete everythings what has to do with moshi and only then re-install or it want work
another option is to safe the job file with different name and try it again
that was happen to me a few times.

yes I tryed diferent USB cable. now 15mins ago I have reinstaled even windows and the problem is the same.
The strange think is that , when I have been turning laser ON, the laser X and Y motors ware moving to the TOP/LEFT corner. But now when the laser dont work, thease motors dont even go anywhere.
when I chenging x and y position of item in output page, the motors dont move. (When laser was working the motors ware moving) .
Anythink else seems good, USB led is shinning, all drivers working good, MicroDog working good.
Does maybe someone know why the laser's motors of X and Y axis dont move when I am turning on the laser ?
Maybe someone knows how Can I reset the laser ?
I don't see any reset button on the laser machine, but maybe someone knows how it is possible to reset the system ?
I think the system is stuck in some microchip command and nothing I can do.

what did you do last as it was working?
can you manually shoot a beam with the laser botton?
check the limited switches if there is maybe something in there blow it out
what version of the moshi board do you have??
I guess the last what could happen is that the driver on the moshiboards are blown
check the connections on the board ( see picture red arrows ) and check the voltage on your power supply.
