    Exclamation Cutting condition.... please !!!!

    Good evening!!

I work on a leading laser, NTC TLN 510 3000 watts with an ossilateur and controleur FANUC. What I look for is conditions of cut for metals, Steel, stailess steel, 16 Gauge in 1/2 thickness and aluminium 1/8 at 1/4. I am one new small operator and I would want a base with it is given it is the file which it names ;CUT.DAT.... THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP

I think there are not a lot of readers on this forum that use lasers at power level that your laser has. I'm told that this is a good book and may answer your questions:

    Co2 Laser Cutting
    ISBN: 1852330473
    by John Powell

you also may get some information at this site:

I program a 3300W laser. We cut mostly high carbon steel up to 0.035" but also some 0.250 and thicker mild steel.

I'm not sure what you are asking for or what your cut libraries are like but I could give you some basic info.
