how to deep engrave with yag 75w dpss

Just a question on the parameters for power and qswitch freq , can anyone tell me what would be the best settings for deep engraving lets say 4140 steel ?

Could you tell me your marking area, how deep you want to mark?
current go up "14", frequency about "3". if not deep enough, please making two times, or more.
Frequency go up mean the higher precision, but small power of one dot
