Manual for Laser Engraving Machine

Hi, Can any kind person out there be able to help me? We have recently purchased a Laser Engraving Machine (HX-1290SE) from jinan king rabbit in Shandong, China. It arrived without an instruction manual or cd. I have been intouch (via email) with the company in regard to a manual but no luck. Also tried downloading it from the website but this does not work either. So if any person can send me a manual via email I would be very grateful..
