power, speed and material thickness

Maybe someone could help - can't find such informations
Just bought laser cutter (from China of cause) with 100W laser tube
It can cut 2mm plastic sheet at speed 50mm/s and power 30% (10mV).
I suppose if I make power 100% (30mV) - I can cut at 150mm/s, but there is only slight difference. (as I know - speed/power is linear dependence)
Maybe it's because of laser tube?
What is signs of deterioration of laser tube?
Lifetime of the tube will be the same in case of 100% or 30% power?

Congratulation! Put here pictures of your laser.
If you use tube on 100% it will work MUCH shorter time than on 30%.
Is optical path alligned well? How long this tube worked? If delivery was by sea - how many days it took? Packaging was done well or not (rust on metal parts exist or not)
