first check your laser beam quality, it should be a perfect tem00.I had the same problem with my laser and Iīve found out thatīs becouse of poor beam quality. itīs more like tem10 ten tem00.

When i remove the paper mask it is ok, but customer dont wish this..

i hav attacched my machine photo, laser tubes photo, laser table....and my prob for cutting acrylic

i machine is filled with problems like , even though the laser is off 300 watts it cant cut steel or any metal, because of its construation problems.
    problems like:

1 No tactile sensor working ,but z traking is ok
even though i was able to cut steel once (about 1 mm) ,it seems inconstitant in cutting the whole area, ( some it cut other get melt off)

    2. Due to machine construction faults, the spindle and table allignments is not accurate
( means if i rastering any image one side will brighter and other side lighter)

3.Cut pressure assisting valve been removed due damage in internal parts, mean while i am running the machine by giving the air supply directly from the air dryer but still gets some amount of moisture inside the lens.

4.Beem alignments seems to be ok, but i dont get a narrowed beem to get sharp

As Foguss mentioned here that focus has prob( i didnt get wht he mention " tem00) and hw to check it.

Now i can just cut acrylic sheet upto 10 mm

    You have "LION" not laser
Could you post better picture of problem? What is type of acrylic glass? Brand? China? With protective paper or film?

    Lightbulb

tem00 means you have a round spot that tapers to a sharp point.
itīs the best TEM mode to cut acrylic. Some chinese made tubes does not meet this, like the one Iīve
If you want to check for beam quality place a 10mm acrylic scrap in front of the beam before it goes into the lens, burn half way thru it. you should see trhu the acrylic how the beam looks like.
You should have your table set up nice and flat or there will be variations when cutting or engraving.
Is the machine new or used?

For reference, here are what the TEM modes typically look like. This came from a wikipedia article.

FYI: My Chinese 40W tube has a perfect TEM00 spot.

First of all ,thks for the information given by u all

    1. Its true : Its lion, litograph but an old useless lion,
i dont hav any option other than jus doing sme rastering and cutable sheets that it can work.
i dont take any steel work because there is no way i can cut that material.

acrylic sheet is china made, and its not about one brand every brand has same prob.May be as fogassa mentioned its abt beam problem

fogassa this machine is used one. the machine table is not flat , but this is a solvable problem.

bdrings thks for giving awareness abt the beam quality
The beam looks almost like ( 02 ) in the picture u hav shown, but there is a difference ( there is no 4 quaters only 1 quarter is missing)

looking forward for more help guys

Can't you remove the protective mask, cut the acrylic then put a new protective mask on?
I love deadlines- I like the whooshing sound they make as they fly by.
