Hi
I'm using an 2 and a half kilowatt Amada laser with a rotary pipe cutting attachment, and I can't find any pipe cutting software. So far I've just been cutting holes or basic squares or slits, so by drawing in 2d and then just modifying the "Y" values in gcode to "A" and relying on a low feedrate combined with height sensing its been pretty successfull, its way faster to say cut a 20mm hole and then rotate the pipe and repeat it than it is for the boys in the factory to use a hole saw/drill bit. But to go any further with the rotary cutting some software is definately needed. Anyone used any software for this, or know somewhere for me to start looking. I hope someone know what I'm on about, I got dropped into this job with no experience a couple years ago, so my terminology may be wrong.
Thanks in advance
Bryden
