can artcam Engraving very small text in toolpath

hi, ive tried to create the toolpath using the smallest tool setting that i have on my software which seems to be a conical 0.125 flat - 10 degree, when i create the toolpath nothing appears in the text apart from the odd point here and there which points to the tool being too large iam trying to engrave name text in 3cm or in 1 inche please its very important for me , many thanks

is the 0.125 in cm or inches ..??
if in inches then you should be able to use much smaller bit.

you need to specify what material to engrave, thickness etc..
