I just received a TMC 1000 from a friend and have found that the machine cannot cut faster than 5 ipm without loosing registration. It's an original machine without any modifications being run on an old pentium 133 computer. All axis seem to be tight and everything else functions fine. Is there anyone else out there that has had this problem and can offer some help. I found if I keep G01 moves with a feed rate of 5 and no G00 moves it cuts accurate.
