| Hi Guys can anyone help? I'm looking for 12 off transistors 2SD646A or equivalents to repair my Shibaura VMC spindle drive power supply.I dont know much about electronics but I will try to answer any questions as best I can.here is a handy site for info on toshiba transistors http://homepage3.nifty.com/ebina2540/data/data_tr.html Thanks brian

| try these http://www.mark5.co.uk/igbts_stock.php they look as if they have it in stock , if you have problems let me know we could always repair it for you if your stuck , but would mean sending it down to us , just in case their are other faults etc , what caused all the IGBT'S TO Blow ? | Hi Dave thanks for the prompt reply, it may have been a loose earth connection i;m not too sure but most of them have holes blown in the side of the casing.also the fans had stopped working so over heating may have added to the problem. where do I send it too cheers Brian
