first CNC project-trying to get motor control working with MACH3 software-NEED HELP

hi guys
this is my first post, so hi everyone
i have been very interested in cnc machines for some time now
after i have seen a YOUTUBE video of the wonders this machine can do
so i have decided to build myself 1

i have gather all the electrical parts (stepper motors, motor control circuit board, MACH3 software)...etc

Stepper motors: SHINANO KENSHI STP-58D311-01, 1.8DEG/STEP24v, no.23212g

motor control circuit board: 4 Axis CNC Stepper Motor Driver Board Controller TB6560

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/4-Axis-CNC-St...item2a03d849fb

PSU : 24v, 2.5a

so now i am put them all together and trying to get the motor running from MACH3

however i have incured a problem there seems to be no motor movements
the circuit board lights up and all, but the little fan on the heatsink on the circuit board doesnt seem to run it keeps on shaking back and forth
i try configuring the mach3 sofware pins and ports but nothing seems to work
plus im not too sure wether i have properly wired my stepper motors to the circuit board

i have try to find schematics of the stepper motors but i cannot find it, i have even email the company like 3months ago but so far no answer

so if anybody can help me i really appreciate it

thanks a lot in ADVANCE
