My bench milling machine, a single phase 240vac 1 horse blew the relay in the no volt switch. I would like to replace this with a better quality product, I have a Moeller Dil-Em10 with a ZE over current protector. I would like to wire this in place of the existing unit but will need some help. I know that you must join two of the lines in series for single phase operation but there are many other contacts. Help neede please on the wiring. My mill has microswitches wired in series for chuck guard and belt guard, these will need to be wired into the Moeller also. Any help in the form of a schematic will be most welcome. I know some may consider this basic, but I have no wish to fry either me or my nice motor..... :-) A picture of the switch intended is included below.
