You have to have an awfully small motor for that chip to run a motor directly. .05Amp total current.

Basic 2 Stamp Help Please

Does anyone know where I can find a simple Basic 2 program to run Step/Direction of a stepper motor? I purchased Kit-158 from kitsrus.com and am using a Parallax Homework Board. I can get the motor to rotate cw and ccw, but not from the program I created. Thanks

hello I have a question about a stepper still kind of new with this stuff here. the driver 4 axis. I seen a 4 axis driver on ebay. I just about completed my machine build made from 2" channel iron frame and a fixed gantry. I have three identicle steppers OKI make KHP-11M04B2 DC 4.0 VOLT 0.9 AMP 1.8 deg. per step sofar all I have found is that they came from okidata printers made oct. 1984 can any one give me any info as far as torque rating and pinouts it has 6 wires so I am guessing they are unipolar/bipolar depending how they are wired. my base is going to be 22" in the x 13" in the y and probably 8" in the z using 3/8-16 lead screws until i can make some money to get acme thread rod. will this board drive these steppers?http://cgi.ebay.com/4-Axis-CNC-Stepp...item3a5484ff70 oh I almost forgot I want to retro fit a bosch laminate router 30,000 rpm is it safe to run micro grain carbide 1/4 shank mills on this? I am a machinist by trade and my shop is full of end mills etc. so any help with this along with feeds and speeds will be a great help too. I want to post some pic of my rig when my cam is charged up and ready thanks for all your help. and looking for a way to import 3d acad dxf from acad14 or acad 2008 into mach3 or emc2. commadore129@hotmail.com
