Those pesky military connectors...

Where are you guy's buying your military style connectors? Every servo motor in exsistance seems to have at least 1 of these on it..

I found a place that sells them.. Mine was a PT06E-12-something. They wanted about $36.00 for it but insisted I buy 3 to make the "minimum order"... I did not buy it because I only need 1.

What do you guys do for this problem? Ebay doesnt really seem an option.. I looked for about 4 months with no luck.. (there must be a hundred thousand different configurations for these)

I buy mine from my Canadian source they are not cheap as you say, in US look for Canon, they have an 'economy' line equivalent to the MS style, I believe Newark sell them, otherwise Digi-Key for Amphenol.
The other thing to watch for in ordering is they usually come as separate items, the insert, the shell, etc, and a plug does not necessarily have pins and a socket does not necessarily have female pins, as this refers to the shell and not the insert, It is very confusing until you get the gist.

Yep, that's the problem with cable connectors with a tight seal...they are expensive. You would think that these would be available on the surplus market.

Don't forget that most of those come w/o pins and sockets which are found here. Pins & Sockets Just make sure you get the right size for what your doin.
