Not sure where to put this post as I normally stick to the benchtop machining area. A guy in my building had his spindle driver go out on him yesterday. We had a big power surge and it blew a lot of fuses around here and he says his spindle driver is fried. I wonder if anyone here knows of any sources of parts for it. He says it is a 1983 Shizuoka B3-V and it's controlled by a Fanuc 6. Not sure if this is enough info or not. If not let me know what other info would be helpful to figure this out.  |
