Baldor (Sweo)

I have a Sweo drive (010-033) which has the following connections:

J1 J2

1 tach feedback 1 xternal current limit input
2 common 2 on output
3 -15V ref 3 ready output
4 +15V ref 4 +25V
5 buffer input - 5 +25V
6 buffer input + 6 forward enable
7 common 7 reverse enable
8 acc/dec output 8 common
9 buffer output
10 speed command input
11 max speed command input
12 armature output current

Other hookups include L1,L2,L3 and A1, A2. I know what these are but question is does anyone know how to hookup the other connections to enable the drive and bench test it?

Actually the connections are J1 and J2 with J1 having (1 - 12) and J2 having (1 - 8). Everything ran together on the previous post.
