I bought 3 drives of this guy and he wouldn't give me the pin out. I have the motor and the power for the motor figured out but need to figure out which ones are step, dir, enable. I know which ones are my 5v for the controller. Their are 6 term (beside the motor and power for the motor) one of the six has 5+ and 5- volts (this board makes its own 5v from the motor power supply) all the pins read 5v either - or +. I need to know which ones are step and dir. |

| not meaning to sound cranky.. but it would help if you could give a make / model on these drives.. if those aren't available a photo might help.. It would cut down on the number of WAG's [wild a**ed guesses] ... |

this drive was one advertized on ebay but sold off ebay. The seller after getting my money and taking 8 week to ship the drives decided to want more money for the doc. He made the drives so he said (no markings on the drives). I have figured out 6 of the 12 terminals. its a bipolar drive. I'll try to get some pic. Thanks |

| fairly clean looking board anyways... If you can read the main chip ID [close to the input pins] and trace the input connectors to the chip pins, you should be able to get a datasheet on that chip which will give some idea of input pins, ground inputs, etc.. at least it would be a start.. Was there a link to some documentation on the origional ebay listing ?? or at least some home website page that had more information?? |
