I have found that the 0-10 volt signal from my breakout board to my vfd is not steady,it fluctuates randomly .01 volts. This my not seem like a problem but what it does is cause the vfd out put to the motor to bounce around. At low rpm it causes a chatter in the spindle and it is not possible to have a reliable stop home position for the spindle.I'm using a Campbell bob and a smooth stepper.I have tried 2 differant motherboards.Any thoughts on how to condition or repair the signal so that it is smooth and steady? |
