I have a CNC Mill and I sometimes switch the milling heads out for different purposes. Really all I have to do is hook the head up to the hoist and remove two bolts, but the electrical connections are a pain! There are three 250VAC 14 gauge wires running to the 2 HP motor, plus a few smaller 16-18 gauge wires for other purposes such as cooling fans, etc... SO although I have lots of electrical and electronic experience, I don't know where I can buy quick-connectors. My motor is a variable speed AC motor hooked up to an inverter so I need some good tight quality connectors that will enable me to repeatedly connect/disconnect over the life of the machine. Any suggestions for sources would be greatly appreciated. I would buy new if I can find them, and I had considered scavenging from old appliances, but it's hard to find multiples of the same connector to be used on multiple mill heads. THANKS!

| If you want industrial sealed disconnects, look at Hubbel, Brad-Harrison, Daniel Woodhead, they supply these connectors also with cords and moulded connectors. If you can't find them online, go to any large Electrical Supplier wholesaler and check their catalogues. Al.
