Decent Limit Switch

Just started to cut my first item cheap limit switch triggers z axis limit error on mach 3 I can even tap switch with screwdriver and I
get a single pulse not enough to even light led on mach 3 but to go into reset any suggestion on decent switch or something that can be done in mach 3

Under Config -> Gen Config, upper right corner set debounce interval to 2000

re switch

changed it up to 5000 cheap switch still triggered
any suggestions on a good limit switch which wont trigger from vibration

I doubt very much if it is the switch, you can debounce all you can, but if noise is constantly present then debounce is futile.
I would look at grounding and bonding the various boards and supplies, is the switch going directly into the parallel port?

switch

no Its the vibration If I tap the switch it triggers
I opened one it looks like a leaf spring it seems to glide I can see why it triggers so easy
what Iam asking is are their better switch made and has anyone else had this
problem

Honeywell Microswitch are usually quality items, even the open frame style.
I generally use the 914CE series, but these are industrial strength, Omrom make an equivalent also.
