I am useless when it comes to electronics, which your about to find out for yourselves no doubt. I have a Stepper driver board that needs 24v @ 7a, I was told I could get a 150w computer powersupply and use that as it would give me the power that I need. I have been using a bench power supply but its useless, would I be able to use a computer powersupply and how many Watts would I need to give me the 24v @ 7a that I am looking for? Thanks in advance. |

| I know nothing about electronics and was able to build my own power supply following directions from www.http://pminmo.com/ There is also info on using and linking together pc power supplies for cnc and many other tidbits. Well worth the visit. |
