First question. My power supply has 3 inputs. Ground, N, L. The N & L have something to do with the large and small prongs on an AC plug ? Is it critical ? Question 2. I bought this fan at a junk shop for a buck because it looked heavy duty. http://parts.digikey.ca/1/1/14889-fa...fg-028267.html Can it simply be wired in parallel with the 120 AC power cable used for the ps, or is some other type of circuit needed ? Anyone know a good online course for basic electrical stuff like this ? Like electricity for dummies ? Asking these type of questions is getting a bit embarrassing

| In Canada & US, the 120v service supply is the output of a one side of a 240v centre tapped transformer, The centre tap is Earth grounded at the service panel and called neutral, therefore the Neutral and ground are at the same potential. However the ground should never be used as a conductor in place of the neutral. The fan just hooks up to the 120vac supply, If not mounted to a metal grounded case, it should have a ground wire terminated at a mounting screw. Al.
