mixing motor drivers and pc components

Is it recommended not to put motor drivers(geckoG540) and power supply(Keling 48volt 7amp) in with the PC thats controlling it with mach3. Is there some kind of electrical interference or something?

I've seen pictures of computer main boards mounted in the same enclosure as the motor power supply and drivers. I decided to keep my computer separate so I can change or upgrade it easier, if needed.
