Hi Folks, I have been regularly visiting to see various drives being build from Stepper to servos, i would like to know if someone has a good DIY BOB with spindle control & spindle speed ,postion feedback with all regular features. Love to have one to be built for the comunity. Vishnu |

| A lot of so called commercial BOB builders could take a leaf out of his book, Its nice to see detailed schematic's, including the detailed nature of the I/O and ladder style power circuitry. The only thing missing appears to be a isolated PWM to Analogue spindle interface? Al.

| Thankyou for the kudos on the breakout board. I have built a couple of them... one for my lathe/mill and one for testing on the bench. I agree that some type of spindle output would be great, but I dont have a spindle drive at the moment. I did buffer a pin for a spindle PWM and figured once I knew if I needed +-10, 0-10, +-5 or 0-5 volts for spindle control, I could always do an off board isolated driver with whatever was required. cheers from the west coast of Canada.
