Parallel Bipolar To Unipolar Conversion Needed

    Hi Smart people,

I have a stepper that is rates at 2.0A in the Parallel Bipolar mode. What would the amp rating be for unipolar?
It is 1. Ohm if this helps.

I may have found the answer. I think you divide the amps by 1.414 and that would mean the answer is 1.4144271570014144271570014144272 .

    Can someone please verify

    Steve
