Brand new to CNC but a lot of research done and in the process of buying. Mech Eng but limited in electronic control sys. Looking into 3x6 or so table for timber or light metal. Big problem before I go any further, stepper or servo, as it is the area I know the least about and only then can I decide on motors, inertia, control system, etc. etc. etc. Have read a lot of the postings but have still not come to any definitive answer, should there be an online survey what system? |
