Has Antek gone to pot? Are they no-longer a viable suppler?

I've purchased several power supplies and toriods from these ppl [John] and I've recommended them to others as a supplier of power supplies. I'm sure they have sold over 20 power supplies on my recommendations [to other customers] alone!

Now to my problem, I ordered some parts for a power supply back in October and have never received the parts. I've sent four emails all of which have gone un-answered.

This is the same supplier who sells toriodal power supplies on Ebay.

IS anyone else having issue w/ this supplier? I'm ready to file a Paypal report but wanted to see if anyone else is having issues prior to my doing so.

Buy me a Beer?

I will be interested to hear the outcome, as I have bought from him in the past, so far with no problems.
I see he is still listing on ebay.

Did you email antek1000 at yahoo.com?

I ordered a power supply in October and received it promptly from them after corresponding with John using that email.

My guess is your email is stuck in his spam filter for some reason.

Try his phone number: 201-991-3300

Best,

BW

The yahoo accnt is what I've been using. I've sent many many emails to them [through that accnt] in the past.. why I'd suddenly get put in the trash is odd.. not to mention that on Yahoo it's easy to check the trash.. I don't see that as an excuse..

At this point I'm certainly not recommending them as a supplier for ppl in the future.. not that this rate anyway..

Jerry-

I have not had any luck either. I have tried several times by e-mail. I am going to call them Monday.

Jerry-

I called John at 9:30 this morning. He asked me several questions to make sure I ordered the correct powersupply.

He e-mailed me a paypal invoice, and I sent him the money.

John said they would ship tomorrow, and I should have them in 2-3 days.

you might want to call him.

I will let you know when they arrive

Jerry-

Just to let you know 2 out of the 3 power supplies arrived here yesterday. One is lost in the mail.

So for being delivered the day before Christmas, 2 out of 3 is not bad for the Post Office on the busiest day of the year.

Merry Christmas
