Parallel port+ input pins for use with EMC

How to wire opto 4n25 and inverter 74hc14N for input pins on parallel port?
10-13 and 2-9 pins

1.collector pull up resistor 3k3ohm,5volt over inverter to the printer port pin and emitter to ground?

2.collector pull up resistor 3k3ohm resistor,5volts and emitter over inverter to the printer port pin?

Or i should use any other ICs?
