We have an Acu-rite III DRO at our school, it had a bad X axis scale which was replaced with one we had found. This is works except that it reads twice the actual distance, i.e.: 1 inch travel reads as 2 inches on the DRO. Normally I would have expected to have fixed this by throwing the radius/diameter switch on the rear panel, however that switch is not working. I noticed that there are a series of DIP switches internal to the display. Does anyone know what the settings of these switches are. Does anyone have an alternate recommendation so our display functions properly? - Thanks, George Lawrence Storm, Kenmore, Washington  |
