Our company has alot of machines and are always having to send boards of for repair especialy pc boards for the siemens A2100 control. I am looking for a good source to repair boards and drives. Siemens is not very fast when they do the repairs and are constantly retrofitting new products. I am also looking for some training fascility that we could send people to so that we may be able repair them ourselves. I have personally fixed many boards but always been able to see the damage. Most of the boards i pull out do not show any sign of damage and i hate spending $1200 dollars for repair when someone could replace on faulty component. Any input would be appreciated. |
