    Eagle terminal data

    Hi all.
I am trying to make my own BOB for a special purpose and I want to use PCB cheap terminal blocks, but cant yet find them in libraries. Wago are a bit expensive. The ones I want to use are the blue 10x7.5x10mm with 5.8mm/ 0.2 in terminal spacing and wire protectors.

I decided to go for those as they re less expensive and found out that they won t fit as tightly on the PCB as Wago. So I guess I make my next BOB up to the specs.

Are the terminal blocks in the Eagle lib's or I need to find the apropriate library on maybe make the component myself. (Kinda n00b in Eagle)

    Konstantin.This terminals (2 connectors))

The wago blocks are in con-wago xxx then the spacing ie: 500 ...
it doesn't matter much in the schematic or PCB on the connectors chosen, as long as the pin spacing in the software matches the pin spacing on the blocks you actually intend to use.. the only important part is that the pin / drill holes line up physically so that they fit properly..

You can always make your own part so that you have 'exactly' the physical match, check the eagle newsgroup for hints or the eagle manual..

    enjoy..
