for example: where I can find information about key dimension for each motor frame?

check out Kelinginc.com they usually have the specs for most of the stepper motor frame sizes.

Whenever I need a nema frame size chart I go to www.graingers.com
in the search box type " page 6 " There is a pdf of all nema and meteric motor frame dims there..
