| I HAVE A 2 AXIS MILL WITH DC BRUSHED SERVOS THAT HAVE DIFFERENTIAL ENCODERS. C. STALL TORQUE 14lb/in @ 7A MAX RPM 4000 MAX VOLTAGE 100V MAX AMP 34A I AM THINKING OF RUNNING PHELPS CNC SERVO DRIVES THAT HAVE A MAX OF 80 VOLTS AND 20 AMPS. I WAS ALSO THINKING OF HAVING A POWER SUPPLY FOR EACH DRIVE TO BE ABLE TO GET THE MOST OUT OF EACH MOTOR. I NEED HELP SPECING A POWER SUPPLY(S) FOR THIS APPLICATION, AND WHERE I CAN GET SUPPLIES,OR ANY REC. THAT ANYONE HAS. THANKS |

| It is not usually considered necessary to provide separate power supplies, and it is also more cost effective to build one. All axis motors usually do not draw maximum the same time. I would go with a linear non-regulated. There are many previous posts here on putting your own together, if you are fairly competent in electrical/electronics it will be fairly simple. There is a ebay seller of Toriodal Transformers that can usually be adapted. Al.
