I have a MIG welder that was equipped with a 4 position rotary switch. The switch was locked up so I decided to take it apart to see what the problem could be. In the disassembly phase the switch came apart suddenly and I didn't have the opportunity to see how it was put together. Is there anyone with a good working knowledge of 4 position rotary switches? I know this isn't electronic but this is the closest forum I found. I've posted on 2 welding forums but the interest seems to be in telling me where I went wrong. |

| An idea of what the function is for the switch or a schematic, is required, which I assume you do not have? If it is a well know unit, you should be able to get the schematic. Al.
