THK petit-SERVO controller wiring ???

Hi gang, I bought a THK VLA actuator on ebay that came with a petit-SERVO drive model QT-OP3TH1. I found a datasheet that describes the connectors, but no mention of the pinouts. I was unable to find any more information on the THK technical support site (I did manage to download the control software).

Anybody have a suggestion on where I might find more detailed information ?

A little more info ...

Understanding the input power connector would be most usefull.
There are 5 pins labeled ...

R
T
E = Earth/Ground
P
N

I also know that it is single phase 110V AC.
Any insight into the other inputs would be appreciated.

In the hopes that this may help someone in the future.
The R and T connections are the 110V AC in.

The unit powers up now.
All I have to figure out now is the pinouts for the RS232 interface and the commands to program this puppy.
