| The power supply connects to the drive, the drive is between the PC and motors. Depending on the drive, it may plug directly into the parallel port, or you may need a breakout board to make connecting them easier.

| Yes, 1 drive per motor. But you can also get driver boards with 3 or 4 drives on a single board, like the HobbyCNC and Xylotex.
