Is it advisable to run the e-stop in series with the limit switches? My e-stop has 2 sets of NC 240v/10A contacts. Is this an acceptable e-stop for a 110V setup? My on/off switch is also a 240V switch. Is that acceptable for an on/off switch for 110V? Also I have a 125V/15A circuit breaker. Is that acceptable for replacing the fastblow fuse for the main power protection? |

| yes you can do all you have stated, but only wire up the e-stops to the end limits if they are the emergency end limits, the e-stop circuit is normally a daisy chain of all e-stops. Fast blow fuses are only necessary on spindle and axis drive supply phases, so you should be ok to replace with a correctly rated overload. |
