| i have stepper with a 201 geko on it .Ihave a 6 amp quick blow fuse on the + input line to the geko.problem motor is supposed to draw 3.5 amps per phase the fuse will blow after a jog after stopping the motor. It will hiss a little and pop the fuse have checked all wiring tested for shorts found none in motor windings or wiring from motor to geko. Now the motor is supposed to draw 3.5 amps per phase i have a 6amp fuse in. should the fusing value be the two phases combined .now i have two outher motors wired the same and one of the motors is twice the size of the problem motor they do not blow.they work fine i am suspecting a bad driver maybe its driving me nutts . |
