| Hi.! I need your opinion about a problem. My motors are http://www.motioncontrolgroup.com/pr...formance-specs Voltage rating up to 90 Vdc Rated Speed: 4000 RPM Rated Power: 245 watts (0.33 HP) Current at Cont. Stall Torque, o-peak A dc 5.56 Amp Current at Peak Torque, o-peak A dc 38.93 Amp Resistance, L-L R 1.33 ohms I finish the power supply http://www.cnczone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=47073 I was told to engineer to make it 75 V DC 30A the p/s by a mistake I think is 92-93 V DC 30A. ![]() I take the risk and I power up my servo controller which has a label that says "Max Input voltage 80V DC" Nothing wrong happened..(Like smoke) The number of Errors were reduced but not eliminated. It is strange but I got an error when the system stays with out motion for 10-15 min. when I reset it and start the mach 3 immediately works fine for 15-30 or 45 minutes without problem. After a few tests I realize that the Z axis motor is overheating All motors has a temperature about 100F. The Z Axis motor has more than 180F (I can' t left my hand on it more than 2-3 sec) do you have an idea why all these happened to me (the errors and the overheating servo motor)thanks George Toubalis |
