Problems with steppermotor, controller and driver | | I have some problems with my steppermotor. I have the IBC-400A controller and a BSD-01v2 15-75mA driver. The problem I have is that when I connect everything the way I think it should it is not working. I'm using the anloge joystick function. The thing is that the motor is making noise and virbrations. When I change load the noise and vibrations also change but the shaft of the motor doesn't move any. The input of the driver is 23V but when I measure the voltage between 2 leads on the motor I only measure 0.5 volts. I also can rotate the shaft free when the power on. I hope some one can help me with this problem. Below here you can find the links. Hardware manual controller IBC-400A Software manual controller IBC-400A Driver manual BSD-01v2
I tryed it with 2 different motors. But with they had the same problem. I have now connected this motor Lin engineering 208-17-01. Is it possible that the motor needs more current the rotate the shaft then the 75mA he will get from the driver (on the motor it say's he need 0.8A). I ordered this motor ADM 1220-V12-09 but I don't have it yet so I tryed it with an other motor until I recieve my order.
