I've been trying to search and find an enclosure to hold the CNC electronics and haven't had much luck. Anyone know of any good sources? It'll need to be a decent size. The transformer going in it is 11x8x8. Other then that it'll have a pretty big Contactor switch, maybe 10x6x6 and then just a handful of relays, fans and motor drives. I figure minimum size would be 12 x 8 x 30. |

| Have you looked at PC cases ? The normal ones may be a bit small but some of the larger server style cases are reasonably large. Failing that, have a look at an electrical wholesaler, I know I can get a small switchboard type enclosure for about $150.00 bucks (Australian) that is about the same size you are talking, complete with hinged door, gland plate, steel chassis plate for fixing equipment and powder coated finish.
