Hi' I have a Laser with a Tri Sigma Control system, Advanced Motion PWM amplifiers and servos with tach. Works OK but I want to use Mach3. Can I do this with my Amps. & Servos or would it be better to replace all? P.S. Money is an object. Thanks Glen |

| You could always look at EMC2. http://www.linuxcnc.org/ supported hardware http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/emc...orted_Hardware Mesa, vital, Vigilant all do +/- 10v - encoder. If your energetic - some of the other boards have pwm out that could be converted to +/- 10v with an op-amp circuit. sam |

Yes, the market is there, but it is small and unsteady. One month you might get 8 or 9 orders and the next month 1 order. This means I am forced to do small runs of boards and parts purchases which are time consuming and expensive. Add to this the testing, packing and shipping time and it starts making that job they have available at the McDonalds down the street look attractive. On top of all that, there is quite a bit of after sales support. |
