I need a new DC-motor with encoder (ca. 38V, 5-6Amp.)
Anyone who have a Suggestions?

Hi,
Take a look at this motor at Surpluscenter. It doesn't come with an encoder mounted but it has a rear shaft so you can get encoders from USDigital for example and mount them yourself.
