    Tom,
I'm not plannong on using it. Would just like to post a file so that it is available for people who might like to build a board. .020 to .010?

    mill file

left a message in another area, but anyways..
If you have Eagle, just us one of the outline to gcode converion ulp's..
easy to do, especially if the end user has a 60 degree 'tree' cutter in the dremel..
or were you looking for full removal of unneccesary copper?

I use 4.08r2 and some of the ulp's right off the cadsoft site..

    enjoy..

    vladdy,
I tried the ulp route, at least the one I tried basically rasterized the file an removed unecessary copper, I was looking for simple path isolation. Tom sent me a file.

    Thanks,
    Phil
